Hatching Eggs
We do not offer refunds on hatching eggs.
We consistently check our eggs for high fertility but we do not guarantee viability once eggs have left our property as there are too many variables with shipping/handling and individual incubation practices. Each egg is candled to check for cracks and individually wrapped and packaged with care before being sent out. We are not responsible for any damages or delays during shipping. If you would like to submit a claim to the courier, please reach out to us so we can facilitate this on your behalf.
Chicks:
We pride ourselves in providing healthy chicks, but in the rare case that you happen to experience a loss, we offer a 48 hour refund on any chicks that have passed due to unforeseen circumstances. We do NOT offer refunds on chicks that have passed due to owner negligence. Please ensure that you have researched how to keep chicks and have provided them a safe predator proof brooder, chick appropriate feed, access to clean water at all times, an appropriate heat source and a consistently clean brooder etc.
