We require a $10 non-refundable deposit to place you on the waitlist. This deposit will be deducted from your final payment and ensures only serious customers join the list, while covering our administration time in the case of cancelations.

• No guarantees on when your order will be fulfilled

• Waitlist timing varies based on breeding season, hatch success, and demand

• We'll contact you when we're ready to fulfill your order

• For chicks: 50% deposit required before we begin incubation

• For eggs: Full payment required before shipping

• If we don't receive a response when we contact you, we'll move to the next person

• Chicks are unsexed (straight run)

• Egg viability is not guaranteed
