How to secure your dates 

A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking in order to reserve your program dates.  



Cancelation Policy 

If you need to cancel your scheduled program dates, we request a minimum of 14 days notice for you to receive a full refund. 


Cancellations made within 8-13 days are subject to a 50% fee, and cancellations within 7 days of your program start date will be charged 100% of the program cost. 


We reserve the right to charge the remaining owing amount to your credit card on file when cancellations are made within our policy. 


A lot of time and effort goes into planning hatching program dates, preparing equipment and eggs, and coordinating with our customers. Our programs are booked back to back, with little room for adjustments. We require as much notice as possible in order to reschedule with customers on our waitlist. Late notice could potentially result in a loss of revenue for us and a missed opportunity to participate in this hatching experience for other children. 



Here’s a brief synopsis of our hatching agreement:

I understand and acknowledge the cancelation policy stated above 


I understand and acknowledge that the program cost is $275 including tax. That $137.50 will have been paid in advance as a deposit when booking the program and that the remaining $137.50 must be paid in full at the time of equipment pick up. 


I agree that I will be charged in full for any damages, cleaning fees, missing parts or delivery/pickup/late fees.


How long is the program? 

Our programs are set to be 25-26 days total from start to finish.
